We are working with a leading facilities management provider to recruit a Technical Contract Manager to oversee a multi-site commercial portfolio in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a complex estate, ensuring high standards of service delivery across multiple buildings.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Hard FM services across a multi-building portfolio. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage both in-house teams and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities include:
