We are seeking an experienced and proactive PFI Technical Services Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised professional with a strong technical background to take ownership of the management, performance, and lifecycle of operational and technical assets across a PFI contract.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring assets are maintained, compliant, cost-effective, and operating at peak performance to support service delivery and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate asset registers and documentation
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Monitor asset performance, condition, and lifecycle planning
- Auditing contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and statutory requirements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital replacement programmes
- Produce reports, audits, and performance analysis for senior management
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings
- Ensure all technical assets are maintained in line with company standards and procedures
- Previous experience in PFI Asset management, technical services, facilities management, or engineering in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of HTMs building services, maintenance operations, or technical infrastructure
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience using CAFM or asset management systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Knowledge of compliance and statutory regulations within technical environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
