Job Title: Hard Services Scheduler Location: Exeter Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Β£25,000 – Β£28,000 per annum Overview: Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Hard Services Scheduler to support the delivery of planned maintenance activities across multiple sites. This role involves coordinating preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules, liaising with contractors and engineers, processing lifecycle works, and ensuring all maintenance documentation is accurately recorded and archived. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks in line with the site maintenance programme Programme works effectively and monitor completion deadlines Liaise regularly with contractors, engineers, and customers to ensure smooth service delivery Process lifecycle requests and escalate as necessary Maintain and update maintenance records and ensure documentation is archived in line with company procedures Provide ad hoc support to the Helpdesk function during busy periods or staff absence Attend and take minutes for engineering meetings, following up on actions where required Provide administrative and scheduling support to site-based teams as needed Work closely with the Hard FM Manager to support ongoing maintenance operations Experience and Skills Required: Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or FM administration role Familiarity with planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) processes Excellent communication skills and confident liaising with contractors, engineers, and customers Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word) Experience using CAFM or scheduling systems (desirable) Attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate record-keeping Team player with a flexible and professional approach Desirable Qualifications: Facilities Management or Business Administration qualification Experience in a Facilities or Hard Services environment Knowledge of statutory compliance documentation Apply today or email (url removed) for more information
