Freelance Project Manager - Healthcare Refurbishment Halifax Up to £450 per day CIS 6- 9 months work 300 North is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to deliver a programme of complex refurbishment and engineering works within a live hospital environment. The Projects You will oversee: Construction and installation of modular plant rooms Refurbishment and upgrades to cardiac catheterisation laboratories Refurbishment works within the maternity unit Associated mechanical, electrical, commissioning and lifecycle works The Role Taking projects from initial scope through to completion, you will manage: Project programmes, budgets and commercial performance Design coordination and contractor procurement Site delivery within occupied and clinically sensitive areas Subcontractor performance and construction sequencing CDM, health and safety, risk assessments and project documentation Client, stakeholder and clinical-user liaison Commissioning, handover and O&M documentation The position requires someone capable of delivering technically challenging projects safely, on time and within budget while maintaining continuity of hospital services. Essential Experience Strong construction or building-services project management background Experience delivering M&E, plant-room or healthcare refurbishment projects Comfortable working in a live hospital or similarly regulated environment Excellent subcontractor, programme and stakeholder management skills Good understanding of CDM and construction health and safety SMSTS and relevant CSCS card preferred 3 x day first Standard DBS check in last 3 years For a confidential conversation, contact Joe @ 300 North or send across your latest CV
