Role: Quantity Surveyor Location: Wakefield Rate: £335 – £345 per day CIS Duration: On-going Immediate start We are recruiting for a senior quantity surveyor to oversee projects from £50k – £2m on a large commercial contract. The project are upgrades, remodels & refurbishments. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for projects, room by room, floor by floor. Conduct accurate take-offs for materials and costs. Ensure MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services are integrated into estimates. Collaborate with project teams to deliver cost-effective solutions. Analyze tender documents and identify cost-saving opportunities. Requirements: Strong experience in estimating fit-out and refurbishment projects. Solid understanding of MEP services. Ability to perform take-offs and create detailed BoQs. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficienct with excel and MS applications Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor .
