We are looking for experienced Site Managers to support a portfolio of schools and commercial buildings across Cheshire West.

We're not looking for someone to drive a major construction programme, manage a hectic site or coordinate multiple trades working at full pace. The requirement is much more about providing an experienced pair of eyes on site and a reliable management presence, ensuring works are being carried out safely, RAMS are being followed, Health & Safety standards are maintained and everything on site is running as it should.

This could be particularly well suited to an experienced Site Manager who has spent years managing busy construction and refurbishment projects and is now looking for something steadier, less pressured and long-term, while still putting their experience to good use.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Previous Site Management experience
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety and RAMS
  • Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check
  • Happy working across different sites within Cheshire West
