Rate: £350 per day (CIS) (DOE)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client's dynamic projects team for a significant hospital development in Manchester. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of various projects valued between £50k and £2M electrical works. As the Site Manager, you will oversee all operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved.
  • Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Valid SMSTS certification.
  • First Aid certification.
  • NVQ Level 3 electrical installation CSCS card (beneficial).
  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
  • Strong subcontractor management skills and a keen eye for health and safety practices.
