We are currently recruiting for a Contract Manager to join a leading facilities management provider overseeing an education portfolio across South West London and Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FM professional to take ownership of a stable hard services contract.

The successful candidate will lead engineering operations, manage client relationships, and ensure high levels of compliance and service delivery across the contract.

The Contract Manager will take full responsibility for the operational, financial, and compliance performance of the contract, leading a team of engineers and working closely with both internal stakeholders and the client. This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, technical understanding, and operational management experience within a Hard FM environment.
