Join Team Ortel EE Franchise Partner as a Field Sales Representative for BT & EE Products. This is a field-based role offering £12.82/hr (21+) plus uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £30k. A minimum of 16 hours is guaranteed, with flexibility to full-time hours and career progression available!

At Team Ortel, we are growing fast and looking for energetic Field Sales Representatives to join our team. You’ll be representing EE, engaging with potential customers door-to-door in small teams, and helping them discover EE’s market-leading broadband products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Door-to-door sales in pre-assigned local areas.
  • Convert leads into happy EE customers.
  • Hit personal and team sales targets.
  • Present EE products in a clear, engaging way to promote the brand.
  • Keep accurate records and share feedback with your manager.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 18+ and eligible to work in the UK.
  • Confident, outgoing, and great at communication.
  • Resilient, motivated, and target-driven.
  • Able to travel locally for field work - Driver's Licence needed for progression.
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus.
  • Interest in tech and broadband knowledge is a plus.
  • Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
