Accounts Administrator Part time, 6 Month FTC (20 hours p/wk) Peterborough £15,000 P.A

In a nutshell, our client is a market-leading manufacturing company with a strong global presence, having supplied products worldwide for over 100 years.

Responsibilities
  • Allocating payments and supporting payment runs, including uploading payments
  • Assisting with A/P, costings, and general ledger activities
  • Carrying out reconciliations and intercompany recharge processes
  • Checking authorisations, verifying costs, and approving company expenses
  • Supporting the preparation and coordination of sustainability information and reporting
  • Providing general administrative and finance support across the team as required
Qualifications
  • Previous exposure to finance/accounts is essential
  • Strong administrative skills with a flexible, hands‑on approach
  • High attention to detail with strong numerical ability
  • Confident and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently after initial training
  • Strong team player willing to support across multiple areas
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
