- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) in a digital or tech environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple digital products end‑to‑end.
- A solid understanding of app and web development lifecycles.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills - from discovery to delivery.
- Comfortable using agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Data‑aware and insight‑driven, using evidence to guide decisions.
- Adaptable, proactive, and accountable - balancing autonomy with collaboration.

- Experience working in an agency.
- An understanding of how to turn purpose‑led ideas into scalable digital solutions.
