Service Support Planner Working for a leading manufacturer and installer of a wide range of automatic door systems, shop fronts and associated equipment. Our service division is dedicated entirely to providing reactive and planned maintenance of all types of automatic doors, manual pedestrian doors, emergency exit hardware, roller shutters and all types of industrial doors. Service Support Planner Duties: Responsible for the preparation of quotes. Support of the service team in planning routine service requests, as well as responding to emergency maintenance requests. Handle breakdown calls and schedule work for the technicians. Serve as a liaison between customers and suppliers. Monitor the timekeeping, workload and productivity of the engineers. Requirements: Previous experience of scheduling engineers in a similar role would be beneficial.
