3 Point Recruitment are hiring an experienced Payroll Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract for a reputable Accountancy Firm. Suitable candidates will be available at short notice and able to commit to a 12 month period with the business. Working closely with the Payroll Manager, this role will suit someone who is highly organised, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast paced multi-client environment.
The position will involve processing payroll for a small portfolio of clients of varying sizes on a weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements:- Deliver end to end payroll processing for a varied client portfolio on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.
- Input and maintain payroll data including deductions and statutory information with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain employee records in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and submit pension data to multiple pension providers.
- Support the Payroll Manager with any adhoc reporting.
- Working within a payroll bureau or multi-client payroll environment.
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, calculations, and statutory requirements.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- A basic salary of Β£27,000 - Β£30,000.
- Potential extension at the end of the contract in 2027.
