The role offers a six figure salary plus a 30% bonus.
Job Summary
Our client is looking to hire a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of complex, multi-site and high-value installation projects across retail and commercial environments. This is a senior, commercially influential role where you’ll lead projects from tender through to design coordination, procurement, site delivery, commissioning and final handover - ensuring exceptional standards of safety, quality, programme control and profitability.
Ideal Candidate
You’ll be a seasoned HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale installation projects, confident managing multiple live programmes and leading subcontractors with authority. Someone commercially sharp, technically credible and able to represent the business at senior client level.
Duties Will Include
- Take full ownership of high-value HVAC installation projects from enquiry, tender and design through to commissioning and handover
- Lead project planning, programme development and mobilisation across multi-site or complex commercial environments
- Coordinate technical design information, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, CIBSE guidance and client specifications
- Manage procurement strategies, supplier negotiations and subcontractor performance to protect cost, quality and delivery timelines
- Oversee site operations, ensuring safe working practices, strong supervision and seamless coordination of multiple trades
- Monitor project progress, identify risks early and implement solutions that safeguard programme, quality and commercial outcomes
- Maintain senior-level client and main-contractor relationships, providing clear communication, confidence and professional representation
- Control project finances including variations, forecasting, commercial reporting and final accounts
- Lead commissioning, completion and handover processes to ensure a smooth, professional client experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project systems, processes and operational standards across the business
