The Opportunity

This role would suit someone currently operating at Store Manager, Concession Manager, or Assistant Manager level within premium or luxury retail, looking to step into a position where they can truly build something from the ground up. The brand is known for its elegant, trend-led footwear crafted from luxurious Italian leathers and suedes, with a strong reputation for quality, sophistication, and contemporary style. What you’ll do:
  • Lead the successful launch and ongoing management of a new concession
  • Drive consistent sales performance and deliver against commercial KPIs
  • Build, lead, and develop a motivated, service-driven team

  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and brand presentation
