Our client, an established and growing business within the industrial sector is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and drive its marketing function across the UK. Operating across three sites in Northern Ireland and England, this is a key role where you will take full ownership of the marketing strategy, while remaining hands-on in delivery. What you'll be doing:
- Owning and developing the overall marketing strategy aligned to business growth
- Planning and delivering campaigns across NI and UK markets
- Managing and optimising the company website, ensuring strong SEO performance
- Leading on content creation across social media, email, and case studies
- Driving lead generation in collaboration with the sales team
- Coordinating marketing activity across multiple sites
- Overseeing branding, messaging, and all marketing materials
- Monitoring performance, analysing data, and refining strategy
- Supporting events, trade shows, and product launches
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in a Marketing Executive/Manager role (ideally B2B)
- Strong experience in both strategy and hands-on delivery
- Excellent content creation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social, email, website, SEO)
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Graphic design skills (e.g. Canva or Adobe tools)
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or a similar sector is advantageous
