Take the next step in your paid media career. We're partnering with an ambitious, award-winning agency to recruit a Paid Media Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paid Media Executive, PPC Executive or developing Account Manager looking to take greater ownership of client accounts, influence campaign strategy and continue building their career within a supportive agency environment.

The Opportunity

You'll manage a varied portfolio of client accounts, planning, building, optimising and reporting on paid search and paid social campaigns that deliver measurable results. Working alongside experienced digital specialists, you'll take increasing ownership of campaign performance, client relationships and strategic recommendations.

What you'll do:

  • Build, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and optimise performance against KPIs including ROAS, CPA, conversions and lead quality.
  • Analyse campaign data using GA4, Looker Studio and platform reporting tools.
  • Produce performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Manage budgets, campaign QA and ongoing optimisation.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.

What you'll have:

  • Experience as a Paid Media Executive, Senior PPC Executive, PPC Account Executive or similar.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, plus knowledge of Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads.
  • Experience managing campaign performance using data and analytics.
  • Confidence using GA4 and reporting tools.
  • Strong client communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach and a desire to continue developing your paid media expertise.

Desirable:

  • Agency experience
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising or Meta certifications
  • Experience with offline conversion tracking or CRM integrations
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C campaigns
