Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a regional sales team while also driving their own revenue streams.

The Opportunity

This is a true player-manager role ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front. You will take ownership of a team, with plans to grow the team further, while also managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of new hires
  • Drive a high-performance, commercially focused sales culture

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager / Senior Sales role
  • Strong background in B2B sales (ideally within industrial, technical, or distribution environments)
  • Experience managing and developing a sales team
  • A hands-on approach comfortable balancing leadership with personal billing
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Full driving licence (field-based role across NI & ROI)
