Are you an experienced PR professional looking for the next step in your agency career? We're working with a highly respected and growing PR agency that is looking to appoint an Account Manager to lead client relationships, deliver impactful campaigns, and support the development of junior team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 4-5 years' agency experience who enjoys taking ownership of accounts, building strong client partnerships, and delivering creative PR strategies that generate results.

What you'll do:

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
  • Lead planning meetings, reporting sessions, and campaign reviews
  • Develop and execute integrated PR campaigns aligned to client objectives
  • Oversee the production of press releases, case studies, blogs, and briefing documents
  • Create media strategies and manage outreach activity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media contacts
  • Secure high-quality media coverage across relevant publications
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities to expand and enhance client activity

What you'll have:

  • Approximately 4-5 years' experience within a PR agency environment
  • Proven experience managing client accounts and delivering successful campaigns
  • Strong media relations experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A strategic mindset combined with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues
