We're delighted to be partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturer in Ballymena on the search for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join their senior leadership team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation.
Working alongside the Senior Leadership Team, you'll be involved in the day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, cost and delivery targets are consistently achieved while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
The Role
As Manufacturing Manager, you'll lead production operations, inspire and develop your teams, and drive operational performance across the site. Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning and Supply Chain, you'll ensure customer expectations are consistently met while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and overall manufacturing performance.
