At 3 Peaks Recruitment, we are delighted to be partnering with a leading drinks distribution business supplying a wide portfolio of well-known beverage brands across Northern Ireland to recruit a Buying Assistant for their offices in Lurgan.
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with excellent planning skills and strong Microsoft Excel ability. You will have a commercial mindset, an analytical approach to problem-solving, and ideally previous experience within purchasing, replenishment or the wider supply chain environment.
What you will be doing:
- Managing stock replenishment across a diverse product portfolio
- Monitoring inventory levels to maximise product availability
- Building strong relationships with UK and international suppliers
- Producing sales forecasts and analysing stock trends
- Working closely with Finance, Sales and Marketing teams
- Maintaining pricing files and ensuring accurate system data
- Supporting continuous improvement and cost management initiatives
You will need:
- Strong Excel skills, good commercial awareness and experience working with stock, suppliers, purchasing or replenishment.
- GCSE Maths & English Language (C grade and above).
- Literate in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Full UK Driving licence (no endorsements)
