b Overview /b p In this role you will provide expert regulatory advice to VodafoneThree’s consumer and enterprise teams, shaping compliant customer journeys and governance. You will act as a trusted partner to Legal, Regulatory Policy, Product, Marketing and Technology to translate complex rules into actionable guidance. You’ll influence cross-functional stakeholders to embed regulatory obligations into commercial processes at scale. This is a chance to contribute to a high-impact regulatory delivery culture within the UK’s evolving telecoms landscape. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Support design, development and delivery of compliant customer journeys, propositions and communications across VodafoneThree consumer and business brands while ensuring Ofcom and CMA compliance /li li Draft, review and approve customer-facing materials meeting regulatory and business requirements /li li Participate in proposition and pricing approval forums to identify and manage regulatory and legal risks /li li Support integration of Vodafone and Three consumer products and systems, ensuring consistent regulatory standards across legacy businesses /li li Collaborate with colleagues in Legal, Regulatory Policy, Product, Marketing, Technology and Operations to implement practical compliance solutions /li li Evolve playbooks, templates and guidance notes to improve regulatory understanding and consistency across the business /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Qualified lawyer with experience advising on UK consumer protection law and Ofcom frameworks /li li Understanding of telecoms products, customer journeys and applicable regulatory frameworks /li li Ability to embed regulatory obligations into commercial and operational processes at scale /li li Proven ability to interpret legal, regulatory and technical requirements /li li Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills /li /ul ul li exceptional communication skills /li li ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders /li li commercial and regulatory balancing /li li UK consumer protection law /li li Ofcom regulatory frameworks /li li telecoms product knowledge /li /ul
