Overview
In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex creative projects within Vodafone Three’s in-house agency.
You’ll translate brand requirements into structured plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
You work across multiple brands and channels, balancing priorities while maintaining stakeholder confidence in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of creative projects and campaigns from brief to delivery
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across varying size and pace within timelines and budgets
- Create project plans with milestones, dependencies and delivery schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, copy, design, production, studio, digital, traffic, marketing)
- Ensure proper scoping, briefs, risks, assumptions and approvals are in place
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations with status updates
- Align delivery with brand priorities, campaign calendars and business needs
- Translate briefs into delivery plans and resource requirements
- Monitor workflow across multiple workstreams and mitigate bottlenecks and risks
- Drive governance through status meetings, actions, issue resolution and escalation
- Ensure scope, timing and deliverables changes are controlled and communicated
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies
- Maintain quality control and adherence to reviews and approvals
- Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement
- Manage project budgets, estimates and cost tracking
- Provide schedules, status reporting and delivery forecasts
- Support agency-wide improvements in ways of working
- Provide leadership and development to junior project management colleagues
- Foster collaborative relationships across creative, operational and stakeholder groups
- Model calm, proactive leadership in fast-moving environments
- Contribute to delivery processes, tools and governance enhancements
- Key requirements
- Significant project management experience in in-house or agency settings
- Proven ability to manage complex portfolios across brands and channels
- Track record of delivering integrated creative work from brief to completion under deadlines
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Strong understanding of creative development and production across channels
- Highly organized with planning, prioritization and workflow management skills
- Experience identifying and managing risks, dependencies and scope changes
- Commercial awareness including budgeting and resource implications
- Strong communication and presentation skills with clear status updates
