3 Heads Agency is a fast-growing creative video agency that crafts high-impact video content for social media and digital platforms. We help brands bring their stories to life in a way that captures attention and drives engagement.
We’re based in Bedford and proud to be a tight-knit, collaborative team of 15 full-time creatives. We work with exciting brands including TUI, Just Eat, Silverstone, Under Armour, LEGO, REFY, Odd Muse, Technogym and many others with shoots happening across the UK and sometimes abroad.
We’re looking for an experienced and confident Senior Videographer to join our in-house production team. You’ll take the lead on filming and editing standout content across a variety of formats and platforms, with a strong emphasis on social-first video. You’ll be involved at every stage, from creative planning and production to post and will play a key role in shaping the visual language of our client work. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on set, has a sharp creative eye, and loves turning ideas into visually compelling stories.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Bedford HQ. Due to the collaborative nature of our projects, we don’t offer remote or hybrid working. Please apply only if your commute is within 45 minutes. Occasional overseas travel may be required. A full UK driving licence is also required for travel to shoots.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead filming and editing on a variety of branded content, social campaigns, and digital ads
- Collaborate with creative leads and clients on pre-production, storyboarding, and shoot planning
- Operate Sony cameras, lighting kits, and audio gear with confidence and precision
- Set up and manage shoot environments to a high production standard
- Edit and deliver polished video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other Creative Suite tools
- Manage time effectively across multiple projects and deadlines
- Stay up to date with video trends, social formats, and creative best practices
- Mentor junior videographers when needed and share knowledge across the team
- Proven experience as a videographer working across commercial or branded content
- Strong cinematography skills with a portfolio/showreel that demonstrates your eye for composition, lighting, and pacing
- Confident with Sony camera systems, lighting setups, and audio equipment
- Expert-level editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop or Audition are a plus)
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of storytelling and attention to detail
- Comfortable taking ownership of shoots from brief to delivery
- Organised, proactive, and collaborative - someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative team
- A valid UK driving licence and passport
