The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to own and lead marketing across 3 Heads Agency as a brand, strengthening our positioning, driving inbound demand and supporting our next phase of growth. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business. You’ll be responsible for shaping how 3 Heads shows up in the market: how we tell our story, showcase our work, attract the right clients and build authority in the creative, social and personal brand space. You’ll work closely with the founders, leadership team and creative department to translate what we do best into clear, compelling marketing, from social content and case studies to campaigns, partnerships and thought leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who understands modern marketing, content and social, has strong commercial instincts, and is excited by working in a fast-paced, growing agency where they can genuinely influence direction and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Positioning
- Own and evolve the 3 Heads Agency brand positioning and messaging
- Clearly articulate our value across video, social, personal branding and strategy
- Ensure consistency of tone, narrative and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Demand Generation & Growth
- Build and execute a marketing strategy that drives high-quality inbound leads
- Support growth across both brand clients and personal brand clients
- Collaborate with founders on campaigns targeting CEOs, founders and senior leaders
- Content & Thought Leadership
- Lead content strategy for 3 Heads across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms
- Oversee creation of case studies, client success stories and campaign breakdowns
- Position 3 Heads as a thought leader in social-first content and personal branding
- Identify opportunities for podcast appearances, partnerships and PR
- Social & Community
- Oversee agency-owned social channels and performance
- Ensure content reflects current trends, platform best practices and business insight
- Engage with our community and build relationships within the creative and business ecosystem
- Performance & Insight
- Track and report on marketing performance, pipeline impact and ROI
- Use data and insight to refine strategy and improve results
- Work closely with sales and leadership to align marketing with commercial objectives
- Work closely with creatives, strategists and account managers to bring campaigns to life
- Act as a senior voice in the business, contributing ideas, structure and momentum
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Marketing or similar role, ideally within an agency or creative environment
- Strong understanding of content-led, social-first marketing
- Commercial mindset with experience driving inbound leads and growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn and business-focused content
- Confidence working closely with founders and senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Strategic thinker who enjoys execution as much as planning
- Experience marketing to CEOs, founders or B2B decision-makers is a strong advantage
