3 Heads Agency is a fast-growing creative video agency that crafts high-impact video content for social media and digital platforms. We help brands bring their stories to life in a way that captures attention and drives engagement.
We’re based in Bedford and proud to be a tight-knit, collaborative team of 18 full-time creatives. We work with exciting brands including TUI, Just Eat, Silverstone, Under Armour, LEGO, REFY, Virgin Active, Fairy, Technogym and many others, with shoots happening across the UK and sometimes abroad.
We’re looking for a talented and driven Videographer & Editor to join our in-house production team. You’ll be involved in filming and editing engaging content across a range of formats and platforms, with a strong focus on social-first video.
You’ll support projects from creative planning and production through to post, working closely with senior videographers, producers and creatives to bring ideas to life. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a solid technical foundation, a strong creative eye, and a desire to continue developing their skills within a fast-paced agency environment.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Bedford HQ. Due to the collaborative nature of our projects, we don’t offer remote or hybrid working. Please apply only if your commute is within 45 minutes. Occasional overseas travel may be required and a full UK driving licence is also required for travel to shoots.
Key Responsibilities:- Film and edit a variety of branded content, social campaigns, and digital ads
- Support pre-production, including shoot planning and storyboarding
- Operate Sony cameras, lighting kits and audio gear on set
- Assist with setting up and managing shoot environments to a high standard
- Edit and deliver polished video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other Creative Suite tools
- Manage time effectively across multiple projects and deadlines
- Stay up to date with video trends, social formats, and creative best practices
- Collaborate closely with the wider creative and production team
- Experience working as a videographer and editor across commercial or branded content
- A portfolio/showreel that demonstrates strong fundamentals in composition, lighting, and editing
- Confidence using Sony camera systems, lighting setups, and audio equipment
- Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop or Audition are a plus)
- A creative thinker with a good sense of storytelling and attention to detail
- Comfortable taking direction and feedback, while contributing ideas when appropriate
- Organised, proactive, and collaborative – someone who enjoys working as part of a creative team
- A valid UK driving licence and passport
- Annual performance-based bonus up to £3,000
