The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to own and lead marketing across 3 Heads Agency as a brand, strengthening our positioning, driving inbound demand and supporting our next phase of growth. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business. You’ll be responsible for shaping how 3 Heads shows up in the market: how we tell our story, showcase our work, attract the right clients and build authority in the creative, social and personal brand space. You’ll work closely with the founders, leadership team and creative department to translate what we do best into clear, compelling marketing, from social content and case studies to campaigns, partnerships and thought leadership. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern marketing, content and social, has strong commercial instincts, and is excited by working in a fast-paced, growing agency where they can genuinely influence direction and outcomes.
📍 This is a full-time, on-site role at our Bedford HQ. Due to the collaborative nature of our work, we don’t offer remote or hybrid working. Please apply only if your commute is within 45 minutes.
