BEMS Service Engineer in Sutton

Job Description

Our client is seeking a BEMS static service engineer on a permanent basis to join their growing team based in Surrey. SALARY – Dependent on experience. The Static engineer works Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, rotating between two sites for the same blue‑chip customer in Sutton and Kensington.

Duties & Skills:

• The ability to take a lead role and develop the account, providing small quotes and maintaining all service records in line with customer requirements.
• Previous experience (ideally 3 years) of service or commissioning trend control systems.
• Good electrical knowledge and an understanding of building services and mechanical services plant.
• A stable track record of previous employment over the last 5 years.
• Good communication and PC skills.
