Duties & Responsibilities- Positioning the full Software solution portfolio
- Developing and managing a sales pipeline
- Securing net-new business and driving revenue growth from within the existing customer base
- Achieve an annual sales target by converting as many opportunities into won business as possible
- Engage with the appropriate internal resources to help manage the initial phases of post-sales support and ensure the implementation is set up accordingly
- Experience of selling complex software solutions into multiple vertical markets
- Excellent track record of success in an individual contributor net new business role
- Experience of selling either customer experience, contact centre, CRM, digital transformation or similar sort of technology stack
- Experience of being part of numerous complex and consultative sales engagements
- Experience of working alongside or through partner organisations
- Ability to influence indirectly through this partner community as well as directly with the customer and prospect base
