  • Assist in the launch of new social media channels when applicable
  • Develop end-to-end social media campaigns, from concept and content creation through to posting, monitoring, and performance analysis
  • Create engaging, platform-appropriate content (static, carousel, video, short-form), simplifying complex medical concepts into compelling storytelling messaging
  • Aligning all content to brand guidelines and complying to medical regulations
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and best practices to continuously evolve content and campaign ideas
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and use insights to optimise future campaigns

  • Brand & Corporate Awareness
    • Manage branded merchandise, including selection, ordering, and distribution
    • Ensure consistent application of brand across all channels, particularly digital and social platforms
  • News Articles, Website & Email Marketing
    • Coordinate and support production of news articles and clinical updates: Liaise with internal contributors to ensure content is timely, relevant, and accurate
    • Edit copy and create supporting graphics
    • Distribute content and amplify via social media where appropriate
  • Events & Campaign Support
    • Support social media planning and live content creation around events
    • Assist with event-related merchandise logistics and shipments
    • Provide on-site event support when required (occasional international travel may be required)
    • Support internal activities, such as bi-annual company meetings on an ad-hoc basis
