You'll have real ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape how the brand shows up digitally to our international healthcare professional audience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is passionate about digital growth, social trends, and creative storytelling—ideally with an interest in medical devices or regulated healthcare markets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Digital Growth (Primary Focus)
    • Own and manage all corporate social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram)
    • Assist in the launch of new social media channels when applicable
    • Develop end-to-end social media campaigns, from concept and content creation through to posting, monitoring, and performance analysis
    • Create engaging, platform-appropriate content (static, carousel, video, short-form), simplifying complex medical concepts into compelling storytelling messaging
    • Aligning all content to brand guidelines and complying to medical regulations
    • Monitor trends, competitors, and best practices to continuously evolve content and campaign ideas
    • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and use insights to optimise future campaigns
    • Support paid and organic social initiatives where relevant
    • Collaborate with Sales and Clinical teams to translate technical information into scientifically accurate digital content
  • Brand & Corporate Awareness
    • Manage branded merchandise, including selection, ordering, and distribution
    • Ensure consistent application of brand across all channels, particularly digital and social platforms
  • News Articles, Website & Email Marketing
    • Coordinate and support production of news articles and clinical updates:
    • Liaise with internal contributors to ensure content is timely, relevant, and accurate
    • Edit copy and create supporting graphics
    • Distribute content and amplify via social media where appropriate
  • Events & Campaign Support
    • Support social media planning and live content creation around events
    • Assist with event-related merchandise logistics and shipments
    • Provide on-site event support when required (occasional international travel may be required)
    • Support internal activities, such as bi-annual company meetings on an ad-hoc basis

To apply, please email marketing@puramatrix.com. Applications will only be considered if the candidate submits both a CV and cover letter. In your cover letter, please share a social media campaign or piece of content you're proud of — what was the idea and what did it achieve.
