  • About 2Viz

2Viz is a B2B digital experience platform company with teams in the UK, Germany, and Indonesia.

We design, build, and run digital platforms for very high-calibre corporate clients in industries such as travel, cruise, and logistics.

We pride ourselves on client excellence β€” it runs through everything we deliver β€” and our project managers sit at the centre of making that happen.

The role

We're looking for an exceptionally organised, delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to run 4–6 client accounts end to end.

This is a pure project management role β€” account management and commercial ownership sit elsewhere in the business, and client liaison and budgeting are minimal.

Your focus is delivery: planning, resourcing, coordinating, and shipping high-quality digital work on time, every time.

This is not a role we can grow someone into.

You are an independent worker capable of making informed, accurate decisions without waiting to be told.

You'll be running accounts from day one, so we need someone who already knows the ropes: how agencies work, how digital products get built, and how to keep a distributed team of designers and developers moving without being chased.

What you'll do

  • Own delivery across 4–6 concurrent client accounts, from brief intake through pre-launch checks to launch and beyond.
  • Build and maintain project plans and timings, and provide clients with clear timelines, project plans, and UAT instructions.
  • Keep Teamwork fully up to date β€” every task logged, assigned, and current β€” and use it to manage resourcing across the team.
  • Coordinate dates, dependencies, and handoffs across design and development teams in the UK, Germany, and Indonesia.
  • Run development workflows day to day: sprint planning, ticket management, prioritisation, and release coordination.
  • Analyse client requirements and work with the development team to shape and estimate the work accordingly.
  • Define project stages and implementation plans for complex projects β€” producing clear documentation with little input from senior colleagues.
  • Plan and run UAT cycles β€” preparing instructions and test plans, coordinating feedback, and driving issues to resolution.
  • Run pre-launch checks and launches, upholding our QA processes so nothing ships that shouldn't.
  • Pre-empt risk rather than just react to it β€” stay ahead of the story, and build sufficient contingency into plans based on experience.
  • Keep colleagues fully up to speed on project status, proactively flagging blockers and potential issues before they arise.
  • Help define and evolve our testing, QA, and delivery standards on a continuous-improvement basis, and guide the wider project team by example.
  • Bring ideas for strategic improvements to how we work and what we offer clients.

What we're looking for

  • 4–6 years' project management experience, typically including time in a more junior role and experience at another agency β€” you can jump straight in and run accounts from week one.
  • Hands-on experience with Teamwork, or a very similar project management platform at the very least β€” it's the backbone of how we plan, task, and resource.
  • Genuine familiarity with development workflows, UAT, and QA β€” you understand how digital products get built and tested.
  • Strong resourcing instincts: you know who's doing what, when, and what happens if a date moves.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools β€” we use Claude day to day, and we expect our PMs to use AI to work smarter and faster.
  • Familiarity with Figma and how design teams work within it.
  • Organisation at the very top of your game β€” nothing slips, nothing gets chased twice.
  • A genuine commitment to client excellence and a track record of managing multiple concurrent accounts.
  • Excellent, proactive communication β€” clients and colleagues never have to chase you for an update, and you're skilled at managing expectations and building trust.
  • A true team player: you keep everyone around you informed and ahead of issues, and you work brilliantly with colleagues across time zones and cultures.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with at least 3 days per week in our Clapham office.
  • Nice to have
  • Experience with CMS-based platforms or digital experience products.
  • Experience working with distributed or offshore delivery teams.
  • A recognised project management qualification (e. g. Agile, PRINCE2, Scrum) β€” helpful, but real-world delivery experience matters more to us.

What we offer

  • Competitive Salary
  • 25 days' holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
  • Statutory workplace pension.
  • Hybrid working from our Clapham office (minimum 3 days per week on site).
  • Very high-calibre corporate clients and genuinely interesting work across travel, cruise, and logistics.
  • A friendly, international team and real ownership of your accounts from day one.
