About the Role
We are seeking a Hygiene Manager to help drive best practice in hygiene & housekeeping standards across our sites, support the Hygiene Management Teams and maintain relationships with our key suppliers within Hygiene & Technical, such as pest control and chemical suppliers. This will be a permanent position in Sheffield, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday (daytime) however occasional flexibility is required as infrequent evening/ shifts are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing internal and external hygiene, waste management and contractor management.
- Leading and supervising the hygiene team including team leaders.
- Set company policies and standards for hygiene and plant standards.
- Audit and inspect the facilities to assure compliance to hygiene standards.
- Support the facilities and provide guidance when deviations to KPI'S require interventions.
- Provide training to site hygiene and technical teams.
- Manage, maintain and develop relationships with Chemical and Pest Control suppliers.
- Use your excellent communication skills to manage and develop the Hygiene functions at sites.
