The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
40 hours per week - Monday-Friday with weekend and on-call cover on a rota basis.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join a brand new luxurious home opening soon in the Walton-on-Thames area. We are looking for someone who is a genuinely warm and caring person and has a passion for working with older people, some of whom may be living with dementia.
For this position, it is preferred for you to be a Registered Nurse, but not essential. It is essential that you hold a minimum of a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, alongside demonstrative experience of leading and managing teams within care homes.
As well as a generous salary you will be working in a happy, fun and productive environment.
- 5.6 weeks annual holiday per annum (pro rata) (including public holidays)
