My client is seeking an outstanding Deputy Manager for their beautiful Nursing Home in Reigate. The home provides round-the-clock top quality nursing and residential care. As Deputy Manager you will work alongside the Home Manager helping to manage and develop the team to deliver exceptional care to the residents.
You will need to have experience of working with older people in a care setting and have a full working knowledge of the requirements of the Health.
