Deputy Nurse Manager in Reigate

My client is seeking an outstanding Deputy Manager for their beautiful Nursing Home in Reigate. The home provides round-the-clock top quality nursing and residential care.

As Deputy Manager you will work alongside the Home Manager helping to manage and develop the team to deliver exceptional care to the resident’s.

You will need to have experience of working with older people in a care setting and have a full working knowledge of the requirements of the Health & Social Care Act 2008, and the CQC Standards and Regulations.

Candidate Specification:

Previous experience of working with older people.

Nursing qualification with an active NMC Pin.

Previous leadership experience.

Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
