Fully remote telesales role available in landlord and tenant insurance sector. £27,040 Basic and £300-500/month commission (up to £33k OTE). Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm. There is also one late shift pattern per month, which is: Monday to Thursday: 10:00am - 8:00pm, Friday: off, Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm.
Suitable candidates will have at least 12 months experience working from home and have worked in a similar role with outbound TELESALES calls. Experience selling insurance or working with multiple systems and platforms would be helpful but not essential. All candidates must be UK based as occasional in-person team meetings may be required.
We are hiring for two permanent Insurance Sales Executive positions with a fast-growing, technology-led business operating across property, insurance and real estate services. The role
This is a phone-based sales role focused on converting warm opportunities and delivering a strong customer experience. You will be speaking with customers at an important stage of their journey, helping them understand suitable insurance options and guiding them through the sales process in a compliant and professional way. You will work in a busy, performance-led environment where success is measured through both sales results and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Contact warm leads and manage occasional inbound enquiries
- Build rapport quickly and confidently over the phone
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Work towards individual sales targets and Quality Assurance targets
- Ensure all activity is completed in line with regulatory and compliance standards
- Keep accurate records across internal systems
- Manage your pipeline effectively to maximise conversion opportunities
- Contribute positively to a team culture focused on performance, service and continuous improvement
