The Role
- First point of contact for vendors and buyers
- Manage and nurture the applicant database
- Book and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and agree sales
- Proactively market available properties
- Provide regular client feedback and updates
- Support sales progression and related administration
- Ensure full client compliance
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Work collaboratively to achieve office income targets
Commission is based on office performance — reinforcing a strong team culture rather than individual competition.
About You
- You’re commercially driven, confident and professional with a proven background in property sales or lettings.
- You enjoy building relationships, negotiating outcomes and working towards targets in a structured, supportive environment.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in estate agency (sales or lettings)
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Solid understanding of property legislation
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Self-motivation with a collaborative mindset
- Positive, energetic approach
