A well-established and highly respected residential property business is looking to hire an ambitious Sales Associate to take ownership of the sales function within a busy West London office. The Opportunity
You will be the key sales-focused person in the office, managing the full sales journey from initial market appraisal through to completion. The role suits someone who is commercially driven, proactive in winning business, and confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative office culture. The office operates in a strong, high-value market with an established pipeline and genuine earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end residential sales process from valuation to completion
- Generate new business through proactive activity including direct mail, prospecting, and market appraisals
- Win instructions and drive sales performance across the office patch
- Conduct valuations, viewings, negotiations, and sales progression
- Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local contacts
- Identify and maximise referral opportunities
- Contribute to the ongoing growth of the office and wider business
About You
- Current experience as a Senior Negotiator within residential property sales
- Ready to step into a more senior, autonomous role
- Comfortable taking ownership of a sales function and working independently
- Strong business development mindset and activity-driven approach
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and confident in your ability to perform
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Keen to develop listing skills further if not already fully established
- High-value market experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
What’s on Offer
- Basic salary: £28,000, with additional allowance taking package up to £31,000
- Commission structure: uncapped, with performance accelerators
- Six-month guarantee: additional monthly support linked to achievable activity/KPI levels
- Realistic first six-month earnings: approximately £37,000–£42,000 pro rata

Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday 08:45 to 18:00
- Office-based role with local travel for valuations and viewings
