The Role

As Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 100–140 properties. You’ll be trusted to run your portfolio in line with company procedures, with the appropriate level of guidance depending on your experience. The role offers a strong balance between:

  • Office-based administration
  • Property visits and inspections
  • Landlord and tenant relationship management

You’ll manage your own diary, prioritise effectively and ensure both landlords and tenants receive a seamless, professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Prepare and check properties prior to tenancy start
  • Conduct check-ins, checkouts and routine inspections
  • Instruct and liaise with contractors
  • Handle and resolve maintenance issues
  • Ensure rent payments are monitored and followed up
  • Maintain full compliance with current legislation
  • Complete all administration following site visits
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and specialist divisions
  • Identify opportunities to enhance properties and refer to internal services
  • Manage your portfolio efficiently and proactively

About You

You are organised, calm under pressure and solution-focused. You enjoy building long-term relationships and take ownership of your workload. Whether you come from estate agency or a strong customer service background, you bring professionalism, attention to detail and a positive mindset.

  • Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational ability and time management
  • Detail-oriented with good spelling and grammar
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Full, clean manual driving licence
  • Positive, proactive team player
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement
