We’re hiring a Partnerships/Sales Director for a high-growth business with a strong, differentiated rent guarantor proposition that is gaining real traction across the residential property market. This is a brilliant opportunity for a well-connected, commercially hungry and ambitious sales leader who knows the real estate sector well and can open doors quickly across estate agencies, property suppliers, Build to Rent and PBSA.
If you’ve built strong relationships in the market, love being in front of clients, enjoy creating momentum, and want to be the person leading growth for an exciting proposition, this could be a very strong fit.
The opportunity
This is a front-end, market-facing role with real visibility. You’ll be the face of the brand in the sector — building relationships, opening strategic conversations, attending industry events, and converting opportunities into revenue. The business needs someone who can combine credibility, energy and commercial instinct with the ability to build pipeline and win new business. This is not a sit-back account management role — it’s for someone who enjoys the chase, thrives on momentum, and wants to make a visible impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving new business growth for a highly relevant rent guarantor product
- Opening doors and building relationships across estate agencies, real estate suppliers, BTR and PBSA
- Identifying and converting strategic commercial opportunities
- Acting as the external face of the business in the market
- Representing the brand at meetings, networking events and industry functions
- Building a strong pipeline and moving opportunities through at pace
- Working closely with leadership to shape go-to-market activity and commercial growth
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong track record in sales, business development or partnerships
- Is well connected across the real estate / property sector
- Can genuinely open doors and access decision-makers
- Brings strong relationships across estate agency, residential property, BTR, PBSA or supplier networks
- Is commercially sharp, energetic and target-driven
- Enjoys being visible in the market and representing a brand externally
- Wants a role with real scope, autonomy and upside
Why this role?
- Strong base salary of £70,000–£75,000
- Realistic OTE of £100,000–£110,000
- High-profile, growth-focused role
- Chance to be the commercial face of a brand in a growing market
- Opportunity to build something, not just maintain it
- Ideal for someone ambitious who wants to grow with the business
This role will suit someone who is relationship-led, commercially driven and excited by the chance to build market presence and win business in a fast-moving environment.
