We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our Mayfair estate agency office on a full-time maternity cover basis. Supporting a premium residential business across four London offices — Mayfair, Greenwich, City, and Chelsea & Knightsbridge — this is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly and professionally.
This position is ideal for an accomplished administrator or office manager with experience in property, estate agency, or professional services, who brings exceptional attention to detail, a polished manner, and a proactive approach.
The role
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the Mayfair office while also supporting wider business operations across four locations. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, supporting compliance processes, and ensuring the team has everything needed to deliver an outstanding client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the daily running of the Mayfair office to ensure a seamless, professional environment in line with premium brand standards
- Provide administrative support to the estate agency team, including diary management, meeting coordination, client documentation, and marketing materials
- Oversee reception, visitor management, and client hospitality
- Support compliance and lettings teams across four offices
- Obtain AML documentation from landlords and carry out AML checks using Thirdfort
- Send terms and conditions to clients
- Maintain digital filing systems, document retention, and confidentiality protocols
- Create new property instructions and manage remarketing activity
- Book new marketing materials
- Check key compliance documentation including GSCs, EPCs, EICRs, landlord licensing, and Land Registry
- Manage and update online portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket
- Support teams in delivering exceptional client service at all times
About you
- Proven experience in office management or senior administration
- Background in property, estate agency, or professional services is highly desirable
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Calm, professional, and confident under pressure
- Able to manage multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
- Strong team player, able to work with different personalities and styles
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desirable experience
- Knowledge of the London prime property market

Salary and benefits
Basic salary: £31,750 Commission: Based on 2025 average earnings, commission is approximately £9,059.20 OTE: circa £40,809 Commission structure based on 0.35% of any new business generated across the four offices.
