Salary: £35,000 basic + commission
Commission: Commission is calculated as 4% of the net sale fee for sales transactions, and 8% of the letting fee for lettings. Note that the 8% letting commission is based solely on the letting revenue and doesn't include references or admin fees.

We’re working with a leading residential property business to hire a Client Services Team Leader for its London estate agency division. This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated, target-driven property professional who enjoys winning business, developing people, and working in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment.
You’ll lead a small client services team, focused on generating sales and lettings instructions across London. The role involves proactively contacting property owners and investors, converting inbound enquiries, identifying new opportunities within an existing database, and supporting your team to hit individual and collective targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 2, providing coaching, motivation, and regular performance reviews
- Generate appraisals and instructions for London sales and lettings offices
- Proactively contact property owners, including those currently marketed with other agents
- Convert prospective clients who have submitted enquiries
- Identify additional properties owned by existing clients to grow future income opportunities
- Maintain excellent client service standards and ensure full compliance
- Monitor team performance and support strategic planning to achieve revenue targets
About you
- Strong sales experience within residential property
- A proven track record of exceeding targets in a phone-based role
- Previous leadership or team management experience
- Good knowledge of the London property market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, resilient, and positive approach
- The ability to motivate others and lead by example
- High levels of integrity and professionalism
