2point0 Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected estate agency that is expanding into the mortgage and financial services space. Due to rapid growth of this new venture, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join the business at a pivotal stage of its development.
The successful candidate will be based from the Faringdon office, working closely with an established estate agency team to support training, collaboration and lead conversion. The primary source of business will be warm, qualified leads generated by the local office, with additional leads provided from a further five branches. The role requires the ability to manage multiple lead sources effectively while also building strong internal relationships to generate additional opportunities. Experience working within an estate agency environment would be beneficial.
Applicants must be CeMAP qualified with experience providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice, operating under an appointed representative network. Initially, administration will be handled by the advisor, with compliance outsourced. This role would suit a proactive, relationship-driven advisor who thrives in a collaborative, people-focused environment and aligns with values centred around professionalism, care, creativity and enjoyment at work.
