This is a dual-track position: half hands-on project management, half building and leading the PMO function. You will be responsible for maturing our PMO processes, establishing consistent reporting, and driving IT change programmes, while developing the capability and credibility to lead broader business change over time.
What you will do:
- Embed and mature PMO processes, governance frameworks, and reporting standards across the organisation.
- Lead and deliver complex IT change programmes end-to-end, from initiation through to benefits realisation.
- Manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, from delivery teams to senior leadership.
- Produce clear, meaningful MI and project reporting for executive and board audiences.
- Identify opportunities to extend your remit into broader business change and transformation.
- Coach and develop project managers, raising delivery capability across the team.

- Hands-on delivery ~50%
- PMO leadership
We are looking for:
- Proven experience building or maturing a PMO function, including process design and reporting frameworks.
- Strong track record delivering IT change, with a credible interest in broader business transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
