Delivery Leadership
- Strategically lead the end-to-end delivery of complex and high-impact data projects.
- Act as a key advisor, bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
- Define and implement metrics-driven strategies, including DORA metrics, to enhance project outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
- Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
- Translate technical deliverables into clear business value to secure buy-in and alignment.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, resolving dependencies and aligning priorities across teams.
Strategic Prioritisation and Adaptability
