We are looking for an experienced and driven Service Now Business Analyst to join a leading fintech company based in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, particularly around ITOM (IT Operations Management) and the integration of cloud-native tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Take on new ITOM requirements and build out the ITOM model in Service Now.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful integration of ITOM modules and cloud-native tools.
- Enhance and deliver end-to‑end ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem management.
- Lead the development of ITOM phases, ensuring delivery within a 6-8 week timeline for each phase, including grouping alerts and integrating with other tools.
- Collaborate with product teams working on finance brokerage‑based products, such as forex trading tools, and provide insights to improve their support within the ITOM framework.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure requirements are captured and translated into functional solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure ITOM capabilities are built and enhanced to meet the needs of the business.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Now BA with a technical focus, especially within ITOM.
- Strong understanding of ITSM (Incident, Change, and Problem management) processes.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a significant advantage.
- Background in Fintech or Finance is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple phases of ITOM development.
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with integrating cloud-native tools with Service Now ITOM is a bonus.
