We’re looking for an experienced PMO Lead to establish and run a delivery function in a technology-led environment. This role will start as a 6-month FTC with strong potential to convert to permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support 2 Project Managers to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Design and embed a scalable delivery framework, including governance and reporting
- Own and manage the portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment to business priorities
- Oversee delivery of technology and change initiatives (time, scope, budget)
- Establish and drive a structured change function
- Manage senior stakeholders, providing clear updates, insights, and escalation management
Key Experience
- Proven PMO Lead / Senior PMO experience in tech environments
- Track record of setting up or improving PMO/delivery functions
- Strong portfolio and roadmap management experience
- Experience delivering technology and business change projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches
Desirable
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile)
- Experience with tools such as Jira or MS Project
