This is a unique opportunity for a senior solicitor or Partner-level candidate to build a department from the ground up and play a pivotal role in the firm’s next stage of growth.
About the Role
This is not a traditional “inherit-a-team” position. This is an entrepreneurial leadership role for someone who wants to shape strategy and put their own stamp on a new department. You’ll take the lead in developing a full-service corporate and commercial offering, supported by a well-connected partnership who have an existing client base that includes established SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and growing regional enterprises.
With strong referral links within the firm’s thriving commercial property, employment, and private client teams, you’ll have access to utilise a platform to grow and make your mark. You’ll be trusted to drive business development activity, build client relationships, and develop your vision for a first-class corporate and commercial practice.
