Our Client is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to support the continued growth of its busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 12 months of conveyancing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The Role
- Provide key support to fee earners, managing a range of administrative and legal tasks involved in residential property transactions, including:
- Compiling and issuing draft contract packs
- Drafting and submitting AP1s, TR1s, and SDLT forms
- Requesting and reviewing property searches
- Liaising with HM Land Registry and other third parties
- Managing client communications and chasing enquiries
- Assisting with freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in residential conveyancing
- Familiarity with legal case management systems and online tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
